We pay more than fair pay. While salary negotiation is ultimately between our client and worker, we ensure that the negotiated pay is more than fair pay for the position, and enforce a minimum pay that is both well above legally mandated minimum pay rates in the Philippines, and sufficient to maintain a comfortable standard of living.
We are 100% labor code compliant. We ensure all workers are engaged according to the Philippines labor code, and that workers enjoy all the benefits thereof, including but not limited to government benefits, overtime pay, annual bonuses, annual leave, sick leave, maternity and paternity leave, protection from unfair dismissal, and redundancy pay.
We guarantee payment. We ensure that workers are always paid for the work that they perform, protecting them from payment defaults from clients. Workers are paid in local currency with easy access to funds.
We enforce taxation compliance. Tax evasion is a significant problem in the Philippines, contributing to the cycle of corruption in that country. We ensure that all workers comply with their taxation obligations.
We create jobs, not replace them. While we are not nationalistic, and fundamentally reject the premise that Australians deserve a job more than anyone else in the world, we refuse to knowingly hire an overseas worker for a job that will replace an existing job within Australia.
We provide liaison and arbitration. We will always step in to ensure that workers are treated fairly by clients, and that client’s interests are protected from abuse by workers.
We do not allow discrimination of any kind. We do not tolerate discrimination by clients or workers based on factors including, but not limited to, nationality, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, family situation, pregnancy, physical disability, mental disability, physical appearance or geographic location. We refuse to work with and will terminate working relationships with any party that exhibits such discrimination.
We prevent unsafe or inhumane working conditions. We ensure all workers either work from their own home or from safe, clean, comfortable and spacious premises provided by us.
We do not engage minors. Regardless of local laws, we will not engage a worker that is under the age of 18.
